Style 240AV Molded Spherical Joints

Hydroflex Solutions stocks the Proco Products style 240AV molded spherical expansion joints in both EPDM (EE) and Nitrile (NP) elastomers. Stocking sizes range from 2” – 8” diameter and all sizes are 6” face to face. These expansion joints are designed for piping systems to absorb movement, relieve stress reduce noise and vibration and to compensate for misalignment. Our stock item 240AV styles come standard with plated carbon steel flanges (to prevent corrosion) in CL150 drilling. We can also source a variety within this style at different lengths, DIN PN10 & PN16 drilling, CL300 drilling and 304SS or 316SS flanges. If you require sizes smaller or larger than our stocked sizes, we can offer the 240AV style up to 30” diameter.
