STRAINERS
Y Iron Flanged #125

Model YIF Y-typ strainers are available in 2" tru 16" diameters, and include 304 stainless steel screens. The strainer bodies are ASTM A126-B cast iron, and include flanged end connections, with flange drilling of class 125. The screens are accessed by way of bolted cover and a blowoff plug.

Operating pressures and temperatures to be 125psi - steam @ 350øF / 175psi-wog @ 150øF. For water service, 2" thru 3" sizes have .045 perforations, and 4" thru 16" sizes have .125 perforations. Other materials, perforations, mesh linings are available.

For domestic manufacture, specify Model YIFD. Grooved ends are also available (Model YIG). Contact the factory for more information.
