Bellows
Capsules |
|
Hydro-Flex Hose supplies
custom designed bellows capsules according to the Expansion Joint
Manufacturer's Association (EJMA) guidelines. Our strict manufacturing
processes and quality control procedures insure a precise product
every time. Single ply and multi ply bellows are available in sizes
1-1/2" through 96" diameter. Metal bellows can be made
in most alloys. T-321 stainless steel is used as a standard due
to its excellent forming properties and high temperature properties.
Other common alloys stocked at Hydro-Flex Hose include T-316 and T-304 stainless
steel, Inconel 625, Monel 400 and Hastelloy C276.

Single
Bellows Expansion Joints |
|
Hydro-Flex Hose supplies
custom manufactured single bellows expansion joints in 1-1/2"
through 96" diameters. Bellows design follows EJMA (Expansion
Joint Manufacturers Association) standards and all welding is in
accordance with ASME Section IX. T-321 stainless steel is the most
widely used material for bellows applications. Hydro-Flex Hose can also supply bellows in other alloys such as Inconel 625, Inconel 600,
Inconel 825, Monel 400, Hastelloy C276, T-316-L stainless steel,
T-304 stainless steel, T-310 stainless steel and many other alloys.

Universal
Bellows Expansion Joints |
|
This
type of joint is generally designed to absorb large amounts of lateral
deflection and possibly a small amount of axial compression. The
ability to absorb motion in multiple planes makes it an ideal expansion
joint for systems where the main anchors are not practical. Other
applications include tank settlement and seismic building separations.

Exhaust
Bellows Expansion Joints |
|
Expansion
joints provide the ultimate vibration isolation and flexibility
at the engine exhaust manifold. System expansion joints are required
to absorb the thermal expansion of the piping. Hydro-Flex Hose is eager to assist in selecting the proper expansion
joints for your system. |

Externally
Pressurized Expansion Joints |
|
This
heavy duty expansion joint is used in applications with large amounts
of axial movement. Hydro-Flex Hose offers a standard 350 Series single expansion
joint with 4", 6", and 8" axial travels. For movement
up to 16" axial travel, a dual expansion joint can be designed.
It must be placed in the center of the piping run as it compresses
from both ends. |
